Change! Pop return to The Hollywood Room

Change! Pop brought their cosmic vibes to The Hollywood Room on Friday, June 21st. After some technical difficulties the show got underway with a panel of openers. This was a way of presenting the show differently than a standard rock show, as well as showcasing some up and coming song writers. The panel included Melford, Orion Rush & Happy Salmon. It was unique and all of the artists were Napa locals and brought their own unique styles to the evening.

After the opening panel, Change! Pop took the stage.

Change! Pop is a Napa staple, being apart of the scene for over a decade and putting out a plethora of music. They always bring a vibe and a theme to their shows, and this theme was Summer Solstice. The set they played was bright and fun, fitting the theme and the backdrop of the setting sun outside the Hollywood Room’s open roll-up door.

Fronted by Aaron McEvoy, the band is rounded out with Napa scene veterans Robinson Kuntz on drums, Graham Terry on bass and Steven Ventrello on guitar. The band soared through some of their more well known tracks like “New Music” and “Girl in a Seashell” while also playing their newest single “Wait for Love” which is a whole different feel with the live band experience. The musicians are seasoned pros who play with flawless tightness and groove. Change! Pop live is a full-throttle experience you can't miss—it's electrifying and unforgettable.
